Before joining RLJ Wealth Management in 2025, Don was a planning consultant at Fidelity Investments. His commitment to service extends beyond his financial career, as he continues to serve as an Explosive Ordinance Disposal Officer in the Air Force Reserves. This unique background has equipped him with the ability to break down complex situations into manageable ideas.
Don earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the U.S. Air Force Academy and an MBA from Webster University.
Don lives in Palmer Lake, Colorado, with his wife, Brittany; their rescue dog, Cole; and cats, Danny and Lula Mae. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking and biking throughout the Front Range and Pike National Forest.
